Welcome to April 2021!
Here are the things you should know about in April. As always, our Facebook and Instagram pages may have additional information or events listed that come up after the distribution of this newsletter.
Outreach Recap: In March we asked for nominations for people who serve and may not often get recognized for their service, we had a pediatric office, daycare, Royal Crest Driver, plow drivers, CSP officer, DPD officer, and South Metro Station 16 nominated. We have collected snacks and notes of encouragement and will deliver these gift bags during the first week of April. If you are available to help decorate, assemble, and pray over the gift bags, we will be getting together Thursday (4/1) at 5:30 to prepare them.
The annual Secret Church simulcast takes place on Friday, April 23 from 4:30 pm to approximately 11:00 pm. The theme this year is “The Great Imbalance.” An excerpt from the workbook:
Unlike any Secret Church we have ever done, Secret Church 21 is designed to be a ground-breaking journey through God’s Word and around the world that leads to a tectonic shift in the way you view your life, your family, and God’s design for the church. For your eyes will be open not only to a great imbalance that is affecting countless people for eternity, but also to the bold opportunity you have to change it with your time on this earth.
